“Before taking on the responsibility of becoming the Personal Representative of an estate, I had not had the pleasure of knowing about Smooth Transitions. I, for one, am going to get the word out for fantastic work they did on the contents of the home.
This home had been vacant for at least four months since the passing of its owner. Robin Abb, and her team, came into the home and assessed what was in the home and gave an estimate of what it might cost to have them team up with Maxsold, Inc. to auction off the items.
It was in the middle of the summer and there were days that were very warm. The hot weather did not prevent them from working diligently to get the job done. Cleaning out a garage that had not been used for at least five years, cataloging every item and putting it in lots to be sold at an auction, going through hundreds of books and albums which had not been looked at for at least ten years, connecting with community agencies to give clothing, health care equipment, donation of books, recycling of hazardous materials and other trash, contacting community members to assist with the moving and recycling of miscellaneous items.
Important to me, and probably at the top of my list of qualities to find in an individual and business, is honesty and integrity. I found both of these attributes.
